Cards For Cowboys — last updated June 2026

Cards For Cowboys is a public test version of a tabletop card game, run by Paul & Sara Brinnel. We collect as little as we can. Here's everything:

What we collect

• Email — only if you sign up. We use it only to email you about Cards For Cowboys (the Kickstarter launch, game updates, and related news), never to sell or share with anyone else, and we'll delete it whenever you ask.
• Bug reports — your message, plus basic game details if sent from inside a game. The form doesn't ask for your name or email.
• Online game data — the display name you type, your in-game choices, and game results, so we can run multiplayer games and a public leaderboard.

Your display name is public. It's shown live to anyone watching a game and is saved to a public game history and leaderboard that anyone can view, and that we keep. Pick a name you're happy to show publicly — it need not be your real name. We don't collect your real name, address, payment info, or location, and we don't use ad trackers.

We never sell or share your data. It's stored on Google Firebase, which may host it on servers outside your country (including the United States).

To see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — including your email or a display name — email info@cardsforcowboys.com. The game is in active development, so this policy may change; we'll update the date above when it does.
